Simone has 25 years of experience in large Corporates, SMEs and Start-ups. He is an experienced General Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the airlines/aviation industry. He as been acting as Chief Human Resources Officer in different industries and he is very skilled in negotiation, industrial relations, business planning, M&A, organization and change management.
He is a Lawyer, advising corporations on governance, compliance and labour issues and advising companies on managing business evolution and transformation processes improving the economic and human performance of organizations across many industries, like IT, Logistics, Airlines, Aviation, Airports, Pharma, Luxury, Tourism, Hospitality and Services.
He also served as President and independent Board member of several Italian and international Companies and as Board Member of the Italian Airlines Pension Fund.
His ability to couple strategic insight and strong operational execution in engaging with boards, leaders and teams are his key strengths.
