Katrin Riech-Neumann


Katrin has many years of experience with national and international HR leadership positions. She manages projects in Germany and abroad, in particular transformation and M&A projects. Negotiations with stakeholders, the development of processes and structures and a deep expertise in HR management are part of her core competencies.

She has more than 25 years of international HR Experience in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Eastern Europe and Russia as well as the United States. She brings in a senior expertise in restructuring, building and developing of HR in Organizations, employee relations and analyzing HR structures.

Over the past 12 years, Katrin has focused primarily on the topics of restructuring and works council negotiations. She has accompanied several site/production closures and also managed integration processes. Due to her leadership and assertiveness, she is a valuable interim HR leader in difficult situations.

Katrin and her Business Partner Johanna have founded joka HR Services in 2009. For more than 11 years, the joka HR Services team of 20 members have been managing HR projects in Transformation, Change Management, HR Management, Process Management & Leadership for several industries in a solution-oriented, pragmatic manner and with the right sensitivity for any situation. We steer HR projects to success with our “HR agile project experience” (HRX) concept!

Before Katrin founded joka HR Services she worked many years as HR Leader for Central Europe (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Russia, Poland, Czech, Slovakia and Hungary) as well as International Tax Consultant. She holds a diploma degree in economics.
