Johanna Taraszewski


Johanna has been handling strategic and operative international personnel management for many years. She supports internationally operating companies as well as small and medium sized businesses in planning and implementing projects, and also acts as HR Leader and HR Business Partner. She is focused on transformation, optimizing HR structures and processes, restructuring and recruiting.

In her most recent projects Johanna has been supporting companies in leading HR teams as well as optimizing processes and procedures to reach efficiency through simplification. She is capable negotiations partner with German Workers Councils as well as Trade Unions. Additionally, she is familiar with all German labour relations laws and regulations.

Johanna and her Business Partner Katrin have founded joka HR Services in 2009. For more than 11 years, the joka HR Services team of more than 20 members have been managing HR projects in Transformation, Change Management, HR Management, Process Management & Leadership in a solution-oriented, pragmatic manner and with the right sensitivity for any situation. We steer HR projects to success with our “HR agile project experience” (HRX) concept!

Before Johanna founded joka HR Services she worked several years as HR Manager in different industrial industries. She holds a diploma degree in economics.
