Georges has 25 years of experience in large Corporates and SMEs. He has been acting as board member in companies in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain and Italy. He operated as CHRO, General Manager, Site Director (4 plants) and this in six different industries: pharmaceuticals, chemicals, industrial goods, telecom, IT and services.
With involvement in over 150 mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, growth programs in many countries he is a true change, transformation and social relations expert.
He served as President and Board member of several national and global associations to advance the human resources profession, served as President of two pension funds and has been a member of the Belgian joint committee for the chemical industry for both employees and hourly workers.
His ability to couple strategic insight and strong operational execution in engaging with boards, leaders and teams are his true strengths.
