Antonella has 20+ years of responsible and progressive experience in human resources management as well as manufacturing, COEs and operations management in large Corporates, Start-ups and SMEs.
She held generalist and specialist roles with Country, Regional and Global responsabilities across EMEA, APAC and South America; she has worked in and across many industries, ie. Industrial goods, banking, IT, lifesciences, aviation and services.
With involvement in mergers, reorganizations and growth programs in many Countries, with a focus on full employee life-cycle needs, she has gained solid expertise in transformation, talent acquisition & development, compliance, diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives and social relations.
She has built HR functions from scratch several times and run large scale HR transformation projects, implemented and managed COEs to ensure that the function became a true business partner.
